Personal Training & the “No-Sweat Intro”

 

At Get Yourself Motivated, we believe that each client is different and therefore requires different needs. We believe that the Prescriptive Model is the best way to meet the needs of each individual client. The Prescriptive Model is a system that carries our clients through our intake system, and gets them started on their personal journey to health and wellness. In short, the Prescriptive Model allows our trainers time to get to know you in depth to allow us to develop the best program for you to meet your goals. Here is the model broken down into simpler steps for easier understanding. There is a little more to each model, but you will learn all about these steps once you schedule your first step, the No-Sweat Intro.

 

Step 1- The No-Sweat Intro:

The No-Sweat Intro is a scheduled time for you to come in and meet with a coach so we can get to know each other and make sure we are going to be able to help each other. During this meeting, you will sit with your coach for about 15-30 minutes and you and your coach will get to know each other, and gain a deeper understanding of each other. Your coach is going to ask a lot of questions to insure that we can make the best decision on how to help you meet your goals. This is also a great time for you to ask questions of your coach to make sure you are comfortable with them. You will develop a very personal relationship with your coach, so we want to make sure you guys jive well.

 

Step 2- Analysis:

After you meet with your coach, they will begin to analyze all of the information they received from you and start working on a plan that best fits YOU. Let’s be honest: if it doesn’t fit your schedule or goals, it is unlikely that sticking to the plan will work optimally for all parties. Your coach will also sit down with other coaches to gain insight from our team of professionals to make sure you are getting the best options. If you are not comfortable with your coach speaking with others about your goals, please let them know!

 

Step 3- The Plan:

After your coach has had time to look over everything, they will contact you to with their recommendation. This will be different for everyone, so don’t be surprised if your friend has a totally different plan than you. Each person is different, so each persons plan will be different also. If we feel you would benefit from small group training, we will recommend that. If we feel you need strictly private training, we will recommend that. The point of this step is to let you know what we think would benefit you the MOST, but your opinions and feedback are also welcome during this step. We will recommend best case scenario, and you and your coach will work together from there to get you started.

If the staff member asks for your number to have a coach call you back, a coach will call back some time that day to connect and get you set up. We look forward to hearing from you!
